The Equilearn Group anchors much of the learning and development services it offers in research activities to which the group contributes. Via 'Briefings' Equilearn partners offer their collective thinking - a direct result of professional practice, reflection, plus, a variety of collaborative research or initiatives across disciplines and areas of expertise - in a series of 'short 'Think Pieces' or 'For Thought' conversations. In our professional practice we are aware of the criticality of taking time out of our busy schedules for reflection. In an ever more crowded and pressured work environment, all professionals need timetabled or protected time to step back, review and reflect. Time to carefully consider, co-consult with colleagues and contributors; perhaps even tap into external perspectives on our own contexts. In short, if we take time to think, we gain time to live!
