Team Diagnostics

What is the Diagnostic Module?

It is a succinct intervention which provides the start to a continuous learning and development initiative or an individual executive coaching or mentoring programme. It gives people an introduction to their strengths and capabilities and an opportunity to consider the personal issues on which they wish or indeed, need to work. It has been used successfully for many teams as members start from a baseline of self awareness that the module provides which can be shared within a given group towards promoting collective successful effectiveness.

Building Teams 

Team building can be a really positive process to encourage team members working productively together, aligned behind a clear purpose, with defined roles and goals. At Equilearn, we work with you to design a bespoke conversation that will benefit your team. If you’re the team lead, an external facilitator will enable you to experience the conversational session with your team, achieve collective responsibility for the decisions taken, rather than you taking responsibility for leading and driving the agenda.
